We had the SUPERIOR queen room and it was air-conditioned. Easy to get to, absolutely good location, nevertheless it's on a noisy street. There's cool Little Home Bakery at walking distance from the hotel, they make desserts etc.

we liked it, its staff and food. having a terrace was like a dream. satisfied with breakfast's price - thb 150 per person. we will be back without a doubt.
